Our Support Portal has a general help desk and also technical support and customer support dedicated to organizations with a Service Level Agreement:

Reporting an Incident

Incidents reported through the portal or by phone are reported directly to the Office of the Chief Technology Officer and Special Operations teams for acknowledgement, review and response when necessary. A Service Level Agreement including Incident Response is required for incident review and response services.
